The Council is running a school called 'Vani Integrated School for Hearing Impaired' at Patiala. The school provide education to special children with disabilities like Hearing Impairment, Mental Retardation, Children with Autism & Slow Learners. The classrooms are full equipped with the latest equipments for these special children. Children with special needs are provided education by the staff who is specially trained in their fields. Students of Vani School also participate in different extracurricular activities like Dance Competitions, Games, Painting Competitions etc.
