"The Child Welfare Council, Punjab, is a voluntary organization distinct from the Child Welfare Committees constituted under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act in all districts of Punjab. It is requested that all cases related to child protection, juvenile justice homes, and allied matters be forwarded directly to the respective Child Welfare Committees."
